Questions and Answers

What are your sermons like?
Our Pastor teaches/preaches a Bible based message from select scriptures as he is lead by the Holy Spirit. The different subjects and different scriptures help us grow in our walk with God. We are encouraged to take notes during the sermon so we can review and teach others the spoken word.

Do you believe in Baptism?
We believe in water baptism as an act of faith and obedience. This represents the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and our new life in Jesus. While baptism is not a required for salvation it is strongly associated with salvation. We encourage all who have repented of their sins and trusted Jesus as their Lord and Savior to obey Him and be baptized.

How can we join your church?
We welcome everyone to our service for “Praise and Worship” and to listen to the spoken word. We invite all who are interested to come and talk with our Pastors or members and be apart of our church “Family”.

What is giving?
God teaches that His children should be cheerful, regular, and sacrificial givers. When we give (finances and time) generously we are carrying out God’s will to support ministries and missions of the church. We always feel to give what God putts on your heart to give no more and no less. A tithe is a different type of giving. Tithing is giving one tenth of the first part (income) to God as thanks.

Can I have Salvation?
Yes. God love you and has a wonderful plan for your life, “God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”(John 3:16) Man is sinful and separated from God. And we all fall short of the glory of God. There is nothing we can do as humans to “earn” salvation.  Jesus died for all of our transgressions and through Him you can experience God’s love and plan for your life. To receive salvation you must repent of your sins, believe in Christ Jesus with all your heart and acknowledge Him with your mouth.
